Do you buy single earrings or broken chains?

Yes. Single earrings, damaged clasps, broken rings and broken gold chains may still have precious-metal value. Bring them in for assessment.

Can I bring a watch without its box or papers?

Yes. We assess watches even when documents are missing. Boxes, papers and service records are helpful if available. Our offer depends on the assessment of the individual watch.

How do you determine the value of my items?

Depending on the item, we consider the material, precious-metal content, weight, condition, brand and potential collector or resale value. We explain the appraisal before you decide.

Can I send photos first?

Yes. Use our enquiry form and attach up to three photos. Images and details help us prepare, but we need to assess the pieces in person before making a firm purchase offer.

Can I sell just part of my inherited jewellery?

Yes. We look through the pieces with you. You decide which keepsakes to hold on to and which items you would like to offer.

Should I clean my jewellery before an appraisal?

No special cleaning is needed. Bring jewellery and coins as they are. Please do not polish coins, so their surfaces remain intact.
